TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and purchasing tickets, packages, or services for SplashFest 2027, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Age Requirements

Attendees must be of legal age as defined by local jurisdiction and venue rules. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry.

3. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with event rules.

4. Competitions

Participation in any competition is voluntary. Official rules, eligibility, and entry requirements will be provided separately to contestants and must be agreed to prior to participation.

5. Limitation of Liability

The organizers, KINGFRENCHIESLLC_ & Dre.da_goat, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your attendance at the event.

Room Terms

NO ROOM = NO OVERNIGHT STAY. Room purchases are limited to one room per transaction, across all room types. A Double Queen package accommodates four people and includes eight contest entries. A King package accommodates two people and includes four contest entries. A draft quote is not a room reservation. Guest-change deadlines and final hotel rules will be published before sales open.

Ticket Terms

A 1-Day Pass requires a choice of Friday, August 27, 2027, or Saturday, August 28, 2027. A 1-Day Pass does not include pool-party access or access to any inside activities. A 2-Day Pass covers August 27–28. Admission credentials will only be issued after verified payment; a saved quote or payment-page redirect is not proof of admission.

Contest Rules

Competition 1 has a $100,000 grand prize on August 27, 2027. Competition 2 has a $250,000 grand prize on August 28, 2027. Additional entries cost $750 each, with separate inventory capped at 25 per competition. Complete eligibility, judging, prize conditions, and contest rules require organizer approval before paid entries open.

Vendor Terms

Business setup day is August 26, 2027. Outdoor and indoor table packages provide exposure on August 27–28 and include the designated space, one table, two chairs, and two business/vendor passes. Businesses supply their own branding, inventory, displays, payment systems, and required documentation. Placement is determined by the organizer. Participation is subject to approval where required, venue policies, safety requirements, and applicable law.

Sponsorship Terms

Packages that require approval cannot be charged before approval. Jewelry Platinum sponsorships advertised at $20,000+ require an exact organizer-approved price or invoice before payment; an unspecified amount cannot be charged. Final deliverables and sponsorship agreements must be confirmed before payment.

Payment Plan Terms

Payment plans are not currently available. Any installment calculator is an estimate, not an agreement or authorization to charge. A future plan will be available only for explicitly eligible products and must disclose total price, amount due today, remaining balance, number of payments, next payment date, and final payment date. Explicit agreement is required. Default, cancellation, and collection terms must be approved before plans open.
