Business table participants should arrive prepared with everything necessary to operate their business during the event.
SplashFest 2027 provides the designated space, table, chairs, and applicable business/vendor passes listed with each package. Unless otherwise stated, businesses are responsible for their own displays, decorations, signage, inventory, promotional materials, payment systems, and additional branding.
All business displays, signage, products, and activities must comply with SplashFest 2027 venue rules, event policies, safety requirements, and applicable laws.
Business table placement is determined by SplashFest 2027 based on the package purchased, venue layout, safety requirements, and event operations.
