REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

By completing this purchase, I understand and agree that all SplashFest 2027 purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the SplashFest 2027 Terms & Conditions.

Before payment, each purchaser must actively acknowledge: “I acknowledge and agree that this purchase is final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law.” The checkbox is not preselected. Policy and terms acceptance are recorded with their versions and timestamps.

Authorized administrators may address refunds when legally required, for duplicate or erroneous charges, or for authorized exceptions. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

2. Music Video Slots

Music video slots are non-refundable, subject to applicable law. A 10-minute grace period is provided; failure to arrive within this window may result in forfeiture of the slot without refund, subject to applicable law and the event terms.

3. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to change the date, venue, or lineup of SplashFest 2027. Any resulting refund rights remain subject to applicable law and the SplashFest 2027 Terms & Conditions.

4. Transfer of Tickets

Ticket and room-package transfers are not currently available. A support inquiry, guest-roster change, screenshot, or private resale does not transfer ownership or create a valid admission credential. Contact support via the form on our Info page with questions; do not send payment to a reseller.
